Love this recipe. I use more bacon and less red pepper flakes. I also use white wine vinegar, but a little less than it calls for. Great side dish for dinner parties, holiday dinners, etc.

I wanted a new dish for the holidays, so I gave this one a go. It was wonderful. Everybody raved about it. I double the bacon though. And my husbands family loves spicey food, so the bit of red pepper flakes really kicked it up. If I didn't make this dish I don't think I would be allowed to attend holiday gatherings anymore.

I would lower the amount of red pepper flakes next time I make this, I like things really spicy but I think it was a bit over kill. Other than that it was great!

I doubled the bacon-oops. It's fantastic! I used the maple bacon from Costco. The red pepper flakes kick it up! Love it, love it, love it.

I was able to pick fresh beans right out of my yard and make this to a "T". Incredible taste! Glad I found this one. Very easy too!
