Did not like this recipes at all. Too much garlic (and we like garlic and overall the flavors were off and it wasn't at all creamy.

This green chile macaroni dish is absolutely addicting and absolutely perfect. I cannot believe how much I could eat of this without getting sick of it and everyone else felt the same. I first had it at the restaurant, Renegade in Scottsdale and immediately went on a search of the recipe. I'm so glad I found it as I couldn't wait to make it!

I am a big poblano pepper fan. I live in NE and hard to find in garden shops to grow on my own although I do seranos, jalapenos and standard bells. But these guys are large enough to roast and have just enough heat for most people's taste buds. This recipe is one of my favs for utilizing these chilis. And hey it didn't come from Bobby Flay either! I've been making / eating this for years now after seeing it on the old Sara's Secrets on FN. Unfortunately I have yet to get to Mr McGrath's restaurant. I actually needed to reprint it for a friend and happy it is still available. Great side with fajitas & margaritas or non mex, tex-mex fare too. Hey Bobby why not throwdown Mex Man'N Cheese in Arizona with Robert!

It's got great flavor! When I need to entertain, THIS IS IT. Another name for poblano chile is called pasilla.
