    Lamb should always be this tasty and easy to make as well. Yes, well, I'm not one of those who feels if I don't follow the ingredient list/technique to the letter, I've created some form of sacrilege. Which explains why instead of using honey and jalapeño peppers, I subbed Harry and David's pepper jelly plus a fresh seeded jalapeño...oh and the peanut or safflower oil became grape seed oil. Here, we like our food, spicy and the marinade complied. Adding this to my regular warm weather cooking roster for sure. .
