Excellent quick to throw together London Broil marinade! I only had 4 hours to marinade and it still tasted wonderful.

This is an outstanding way to cook london broil. I marinated mine for about 12 hours and it had plenty of good flavor. Be careful not to cook too long. My roast was a little over 1.5 lbs and I grilled it for 9 minutes a side. It came out more medium than medium rare - lesson learned. Otherwise, it was very tasty. Will definitely try again, just cook it a little less.

My daughter in law went in for seconds and she hardly eats anything, being 5 foot nothing and 88 pounds soak and wet. She loved it, as did the rest of the family. A definite keeper.

This marinade far exceeded my expectations. It may have even turned me into a London broil fan! I considered it good enough to be included in my blog, and I'm rather particular about what recipes are posted there.

A new favorite! I followed the recipe exactly using a full 24 hours to marinate. Smells heavenly while grilling and I could hear the neighbors over the fence saying that it was making them hungry, lol. Seven minutes grilling per side was perfect. I served it with a mushroom sauce which was probably a bit over the top but I hadn't expected the meat to be so flavorful.

Excellent marinade! Simple ingredients I stuck to the recipes but I didn't blend it all into a paste I just tossed it all in a ziploc, shook it up and left it in the fridge all day, about 5 hrs. It smelled delicious on the grill, and everyone loved it. I served it with rice pilaf, grilled asparagus and a side salad. I will definitely be making this again!

I have been preparing london broil throughout my entire marriage and had yet to find a recipe that I loved...I have now found it. The marinade was so flavorful and my london broil turned out so moist (it usually turns out dry for me. I did use red wine vinegar instead of red wine because I did not have any red wine available and the marinade still tasted great. I also used a gas grill instead of charcoal and cooked the meat for 7 minutes on medium-high heat and it wasn't quite long enough. I will cook it for 9 min. on each side next time. I served it with baked apples and some steamed veggies. Perfect!

I have tried many different marinades and rubs for london broil and this is by far one of my favorites. Excellent!
