Wonderful marinade! The honey and balsamic are such a good combo and the red wine and garlic are, of course, perfect for london broil. I added slightly more garlic, just because I love it, and my boyfriend put in a touch extra honey (it was noticeable, but good. I love that these are all pantry staples. I'm making it again today and added in a large spoonful of coarse ground dijon mustard. I'll update to let you know how it goes...

Great recipe!! I followed the recipe to a tee, and it came out really tasty. I sliced the cooked beef thinly & made 'Philly-ish' steak sandwiches with grilled green peppers & onions, topped with provolone cheese. Definitely a family hit!

Will make this regularly! Thanks for the excellent recipe!

This recipe was so simple and very tasty.
I marinated a slightly larger steak for 5 hours and grilled it 8 minutes per side.
    Perfectly medium rare and tender.
    A keeper!

The honey sets this apart from other marinades that I use. It is a refreshing change for us and the marinade, heated as a sauce, was lovely. It will definately go into my rotation for excellent london broil recipes.
