The salmon was very flavorful with all the herbs. I made the salsa with jalapenos from the garden, mango, red onion, and some lime juice. Add a veggie or a salad and you have a great summer meal.

I make this recipe nearly every week. It is the best way to make salmon. I alternate between papya and mango. Very quick and easy.

This went really well with the salmon. I used mango instead of papaya because my grocery store was all out. I also added some sweet peppers. very good.

We did add a splash of seasoned rice vinegar to wake up the flavors in the salsa
