This cake has the flavor of vanilla with the extra flavor's of raspberry and blueberry sauce. Add it with your favorite ice cream and FANTASTIC!

The cake has nice flavor, but didn't rise as much as I had hoped. Texture was a bit more like pound cake. The berry coulis is very good. I used two cups of mixed berries and didn't add the whole blueberries. Served with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I would use the coulis recipe again, but try another cake recipe.
