My family really liked this recipe. I followed the recommendations of the other reviewer and doubled the macadamian nuts. I needed a bit more flour as well. Very good!

I love this recipe. It's one of my favorites when cooking for just myself or one friend. It's a nice meal for one with leftovers - which I often take for lunch the next day. I tend to use a little more macadamia nuts than the recipe calls for, which adds a little more flavor.
