This was fast and easy to make and clean up was a breeze. I will be cooking this again.

I changed this around just a little bit based on what I had on hand. I don't have a grill so I baked the chicken in a little of the marsala wine. I used fresh red peppers and sauteed them with the mushrooms. I also didn't need to use as much cheese or mushrooms as the recipe called for. My boyfriend raved about this sandwich, and he is a far superior cook!
