good for a chef to make with helpers. too many pots and steps. could be done all in one pot. flavor was good but too greasy needed the fat skimmed off.

A GREAT RECIPE! I did not have a whole chicken so I use the chicken breast I had on hand. It was very good but I can tell it will significantly improve with the whole chicken. Follow the recipe exactly as it is written and you will be greatly rewarded.

This is really, really good - a real chicken stew. The flavors of the chicken, veggies, lemon juice, butter - all come together so well. With the toasted bread on top, it's a meal and worthy of special occasions, too.

Served it to company. They loved it. It will go in my family favorite recipe book.
