Easy to make, light and tasty. Dried apricots give it more flavor. No recipe for the ginger oil, but I guess most knuckleheads could figure that out on their own!

It came out okay if you doubled the nuts and apricots. It had a nice fresh summer flavor but nothing i would reccomend spending any time on.
