Ingredients
- 1/2 pound small potatoes (about 2 inches in diameter)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Steam potatoes on a steamer rack set over boiling water, covered, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Toss with butter, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
