This recipe was good both hot and cold! The night I made it I also made fish fillets seasoned with lemon then put this salsa on the fish while it was still hot. It was delicous!

My daughter has a very tall Mango tree in her yard. The fruit kept falling to the ground, so I decided to put the Mangoes to good use. Not as sweet as I would like it to be. When I told my wife that I should add some sugar or honey, she said not to. Everyone who has tried it, likes it. The flavors and the tastes are great. I've made it twice and getting ready to make it a third time. Making it yourself with fresh ingredients is fun and gives you a good feeling that you can do it!
