    If you are a baker and have developed quick fods and routine foods...try this pastry approach. The name Nick Malgien is well established as reliable and trustworthy. Try his quick food processor recipe vs. another quick approach (usually referred to as "blitz" recipe. Compare the taste and texture and then compare the time length for each. Have fun!
