This recipe was perfect! It's all in the timing. I've never been able to cook a boneless pork chop to moist, juicy perfection until now, thanks to this recipe! It got rave reviews at the dinner table. One change I made was I sauteed them in bacon drippings for added flavor. I also deglazed the pan with a large can of mushrooms, which made a nice optional sauce to pour over the chops when serving. While I was making the sauce, I let the chops rest covered with aluminum foil for five minutes. The real key to this recipe is the timing. I was nervous because the fry time seemed too short to me, but it was actually perfection!

I didn't know how to prepare boneless pork chops except to grill them or broil them. Last night, I wanted to try something different and came across this recipe. Wow! I have to say, between this recipe and Ina's roasted asparagus recipe, I made the best dinner I have ever made! Both recipes were super easy and super yummy!

The best compliment comes from my Husband when he said 'This is good, the pork is not dry but moist and very tasty. After I cooked the chops, I removed them from the skillet and added a can of mushrooms to make a gravy. Then I returned them for a minute or two before serving. I will definitely do again and want to show my daughter how to make.

I have always hated cooking pork chops because mine are ALWAYS dry and tough. I tried this recipe the other night out of desperation for another pork chop recipe and it was amazingly moist, easy and wonderful. My whole family requested pork chops again in the same week which speaks volumes for this recipe. I actually seasoned my chops with garlic salt and then floured them. They were fantastic and I can't wait to make them again. Don't let the simplicity of this recipe fool you...the pork chops were delicious. I had my mother fix them the next night in her house to see what she thought and she said that they were the best pork chops she has ever fixed. Thanks Pam...what a great recipe to keep forever.

I always over cooked my pork chops until I found this recipe. I like to sprinkle some granulated garlic on the chops before dredging in the flour. So tasty!
