Not only was this recipe quick and easy to make, it was delicious! I read the reviews and used white wine and less garlic. Best asparagus ever. I made this for a week night dinner, but it was definitely worthy of a special occassion

Who could have ever thought that Shrimp Scampi could be so could and yet so low in fat. This is one of my absolute favorite recipes. I love to serve it with angel hair pasta. It's a great way to feed my family something they love and ensure they get a good healthy meal.

I cannot believe how easy this dish was and how quickly you can make it. It was simple to prepare and it has a burst of flavor. I did follow previous reviews that suggested using white wine instead of vermouth. I added extra garlic and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. My husband and I loved it!

Well it was pretty good, but I did make a little changes. I did not use as much garlic as the recipe says, and it was still plenty!! Also, I think it could have been better with some type of cajun spice, or any spice! Or maybe I just did not put enough red pepper flakes! So overall good, but some more spices would have kicked it up a notch!

This recipe turns out to be a beautiful dish. The roasted asparagus is incredible. I think however the shrimp could use a little more flavor. Possibly more garlic or white wine instead of Vermouth?! Instead of using greens, I used angel hair pasta cooked al dente. It was a great combination.
