Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

In a medium saucepan, bring sugar, water and corn syrup to a boil. Let cool, then add lime juice and sour cream. Churn in an ice cream maker and freeze until needed.
