paella is one of those dishes that we like to play around with alot, substituting different seafoods and sausages canreally personalize this dish.

I made this for a dinner party and everyone loved it! I loved it because I was able to have the entire kitchen cleaned-up by the time my guests arrived. Plus, it makes for a lovely presentation. This was a very tasty dish.
