    This was really good and very easy to make. I was hoping for a vegetarian meal...but it really is a side. I think the sweetness of the corn makes it more a complementary dish. I might try to decrease the corn and increase the limas for a more savory taste. It's interesting how tasty this is even though there are no added herbs or spices.
