This marinade is over the top delicious! I haven't used tumeric much, but I wanted to try something different than the standard red wine, soy, garlic type marinade. After having this, I don't know if I can ever go back! A little spice, a little tang...YUM! I cooked the left over marinade with some white wine and served it as a dipping sauce with the steak. Excellent!

Lots of flavor in this recipe. I simmered the marinade and used it as sauce because I like things spicy. My 10 year old had his without the sauce. We were both very pleased. Yum. The leftovers didn't stick around for long, either.
