This dessert WOWED even my most difficult to please eater - It looks so elegant and complicated but it is very easy and the flavor is well - just incredible -my guests were scrambling to see who was going to get the last extra serving!

It is fancy enough for a holiday meal - but is going to be perfect after a summer cook out.

This is the kind of desert you serve and everyone @ the table is in owe! You do not have to add the zest (i tried the recipe with and without it and you can dust the top with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings to add decoration.
