Ingredients
  • Two 750-milliliter bottles red wine (or one 1.5-liter bottle)
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Mixed cut fresh fruit such as apples, pears, pineapples, peaches or grapes, as needed

  • Special equipment: a cooler with a spout

  • Add the wine, orange juice, sugar, fruit and plenty of ice to a clean cooler. Let sit for at least 1 hour. Serve the sangria right out of the spout.
