Best place that I have gone to from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. The Corned Beef Hash was outstanding.

Saw this made on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and just HAD to try it. Wow, it was just as yummy as it looked on TV! My whole family (husband, 8 yr old, and 6 yr old loved it. Only thing I did differently was use a 2 lb Irish boiling ham (and adjust other ingredients accordingly since I didn't have corned beef on hand. But I still used the top layer of fat as shown on tv when mixing and it really was deliciously creamy. And since I enjoy potatoes I used 2 with my 2 lbs of meat. Will absolutely make again!
