Seemed a little bland the first time I made it, so the 3 stars are based on the recipe as written. However, the second time I made it, I added just a tiny splash of sherry and switched out the basil for thyme, and it was a hit with the family.

This was a nice substitute for a rice dish. It went real nice with our grilled salmon last night.

I made this and used it as the stuffing for my stuffed beefsteak tomatoes. It worked really well and tasted delicious! I only used 2 tbs of olive oil and just 1 tbs of butter to lighten it up. Also, at the end I added some grated parmesan cheese to make it a little gooey. It was so good!

Very good recipe. I only had the tri-color couscous, but it turned out great. My husband thought it tasted like stuffing. I served it with a roast chicken and steamed asparagus. I will definately use this recipe again. The leftovers heated up nicely and tasted great the next day.....

I've never had couscous before, so I was a little nervous making this. But boy am I glad I did! It was the best...and even better, my kids and nieces all loved it and that's saying a lot (especially with the mushrooms in it. This will be made a couple of times a month from now on! Thanks Deen brothers!
