Will not make this again! My family love crawfish but didn't care for this recipe at all. Followed the recipe and it was to oily and rich. Will not make another recipe that the bread is mostly topped with mayonnaise and cheese.

Paula, thank you for having the Sweet & Savory Sisters on your show. Not only did they provide a great recipe; but it also showcases great cooks of the south.

I watched this episode and thought my, that sure looks great!

I followed the instructions as written; but I did add a little sauteed onion, green peppers and extra Monterey Jack & Cheddar Cheese (about 1 cup monterey, 1/4 cup grated cheddar. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! It was a hit with the family and is definitely a keeper!

Absolutely love this recipe!! It is delicious! Since I didn't have crawfish on hand, I substituted shrimp and it was great. I also added a little more cheese. Instead of using an entire half of the loaf of bread, I cut the bread in individual servings then added the topping before bakimg. Much less mess when cutting and the presentation looked much better. This recipe is a keeper!

Yummy! I wanted to try it with crawfish, but my family wouldn't try it, so I had to make it with chopped shrimp. It was tasty.... Very rich so it's a once in a blue moon kind of recipe. I can not have bread (celiac disease so before putting it on the bread for my family I took a small portion out and put it in a ramekin. It was very good and I could see serving this at a party just as a dip without spreading onto bread, and just using crackers.

I made this for Mother's Day. My husband made steak Diane. This was the hit of the meal.

I oregano instead of parsley. Also, I didn't have cajun seasoning so I used my own blend of individual seasonings. I also sauteed 1/2 of an onion with the garlic and added about 1/2 a cup of mozzarella cheese with the Monterrey Jack. It was great. I'm sure the recipe good as is, but I used what I had in the pantry.

I made this after watching the show but made changes. I used fresh cooked shrimp, roma tomates because they are dryer, added 1 extra tsp cajun seasoning and chedder jack cheese for a little more flavor. YUMMY!!!!!

We made this after we saw it on Paula's show. It is wonderful. I am not a seafood eater but my husband is. We chose to make one half of the bread using fresh shrimp and the other half with leftover grilled chicken. I loved the chicken and he loved the seafood. Will definitely make this again!
