The soup is great...until you add the sour cream! The sour cream totally ruined the soup and made it taste just like a sour cream soup. I would suggest using half of the sour cream or not using the sour cream at all.

I don't make soups very often because they seem to use so many ingredients and can be daunting. This recipe is super easy and it tastes AMAZING. I made this for some friends and they loved it! I highly recommend it.

I was looking for a recipe to use up some leftover asparagus and came across this soup. I'm so glad I did! It's fantastic! I only used half as much asparagus and half as much stock to make a smaller batch. It is delicious! I added a little thyme and a pinch of red pepper flakes. It tastes like it took all day to make. I will definitely be making this again...soon!

I love this soup, it's the best way to eat asparagus if you don't like them that much.

I made this soup after watching show, it is tasty I made it with brocccoli instead of asparagus. Although a little watery from 6 cups of chicken stock, I may add some cheese to thicken next time.. This will be a good one to have for winter time...

I made this after seeing her show and couldn't get enough. I'm making it now for my parents. I use reduced fat sour cream and a little more asparagus then called for. What a great recipe.

This was great. The only thing that I did differently was cut the sour cream in ? and add some heavy cream...only because I am not a huge sour cream fan. It was so great and everyone loved it. Can't wait to try it with different veggies!

I made this with broccoli and it was delicious with a slice of grilled crusty bread. Reheated great the next day and even froze well and reheated well.

I love asparagus and I saw you make this soup and it inspired me. Yippee! I made my first soup and it was awesome. Thanks for making it look so simple, which it was.. thanks for helping me become a better cook. and yes using fat free great for the waist.
