Delicious! It's hard to believe that it's only 317 calories a serving. The goat cheese makes it so creamy.

This was a great dish. I did season up the chicken a bit more (using garlic pepper and some of the lemon zest before cooking. I used 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cooked them stovetop in my cast iron. I also didn't have any fresh herbs so I used garlic and herb goat cheese. Turned out great!

I didn't make the grilled chicken but just used the pasta as a side dish. I loved the way the strong flavors (goat cheese, pepper, lemon, herbs mixed together. I used a combination of thyme, sage, and rosemary for the herbs since I don't like tarragon and I thought these flavors went well with the other ingredients. I only used half of the cooking water but next time will follow the recipe and use all that it calls for. I think that using goat cheese is important since its strong flavor is needed to balance the lemon. Feta would be ok but not as good as was the goat cheese.

I just make the pasta all the time. It's an easy side dish or main course when I serve it with roasted veggies, red peppers worked well. For those who said it was too tart just use the lemon zest.

This recipe was a hit! My 3 year old son and picky husband both loved it. The only change I made was to substitute chicken breasts for the chicken thighs. YUMMY! It was very filling, but light. The addition of the cooking water is definitely a step not to miss. The flavors were fantatsic! This dish is perfect for spring and summer, and has earned a spot in our menu rotation.

Do not waste your money or time. Yikes, this is far too tart! Made the recipe as written, it was hardly edible, then tried to add delicious pesto to save it. Truly disappointing all the way around the table....

This was fantastic! I substituted cream cheese for goat cheese and only used fresh basil as my herb. I also used a mixture of water and chicken broth to boil the orzo in. SO DELICIOUS!

I made this tonight, tho I added just a tad too much cooking water and I used the chicken breasts I had on hand rather than the thighs. I really enjoyed the flavors. I took a spoonful of it when it was cold and it was still very good..I can see this being a nice dish in the spring and summer for something light.
