I had never made grits before; this was the first time. Everyone loved them. I did have to add more vegetable stock as it simmered. Great flavor!!

everyone in my family loved this recipe...from 2-17 year olds went back for seconds! the only thing i can suggest, or say from my experience is that i definetly needed to add more stock when simmering to get the correct doneness
