On-hand ingredients like cream of chicken soup, pasta and prepared pesto sauce combine with chicken to make a mouthwatering dinner that's on the table in 40 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 of a 1-pound package farfalle pasta (about 3 cups), cooked and drained
Directions
Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.
Stir the soup, pesto sauce and milk in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the pasta and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

SO Disappointed...there was NO flavor. All I could taste was the cream of chicken. Bummed that I went out and spent 20$ on the groceries and it didn't turn out well. I would take out the cream of chicken and do an olive oil based sauce. I didn't even finish eating and threw the rest away.

The success of this recipe is directly related to your pesto choice. The packaged mixes are not as yummy as the jarred ones or even making it fresh. So it can be hit or miss. I gave it 3 of 5 because three of our five family members liked it.

As creamy as it looks in the photo. Very easy to make. Finished it with freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano. Really could use various types of pasta. Great way to use up leftover pesto. A "Keeper" recipe according to my family.
