These are delicious and super easy to make. My husband and I make them all the time, adding kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder. We make a large batch and put the extras in an air tight canister. They remain crisp for 2-3 days.

I could only find Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash , but I'm glad I did, because it was fabulous -- very Wheat Thin-like. They will be perfect with the HG Hot Couple salsa. Unbelievable that this tasty duo can be made in under 10 minutes. This recipe is a keeper!

My favorita lavash is Joseph's Bakery low carb. I sometimes just sit and eat a sheet by itself. A package has (4 10-1/2 x 12-1/2 sheets in each package at 50 calories per SHEET!! When baked they are crunchy and great alone or with dips.
