These came out perfect! This was the first time I've ever made biscuit dough of any kind. My family loved them. They are flaky, cheesy, and delicious. Thanks Giada !

OMG, these were delicious!!!!! So easy and so flavorful! Made them yesterday, and they were gone in a heartbeat. Will make them again today with different fillings.

I loved these biscuits. They are so flavorful. I sliced fresh tomato, a crumble of goat cheese, and chopped basil. They were so delicious.

I've never cooked in a restaurant but I've eaten in a lot of them and would be happy to see these on a menu. They are buttery, cheesy and delicious. When you add the citrus notes of the lemon butter, the peppery bite of the arugala and the saltiness of the smoked salmon to the biscuits you get a spectacular flavor explosion in your mouth. I didn't use the full 1/2 cup of green onions but I will next time....they add a kick to biscuit that I enjoyed a lot.

Awesome biscuits! I can't afford the REAL Parmagiano Reggiano, so I used Fontinella (another hard Italian cheese. They were the best biscuits I've ever eaten. I'll be making these over and over. Thank you Giada :

These were disgusting. Gritty, heavy, bitter taste. I've been cooking at restaurants for 30+ years so I know how to prepare a recipe. Even the ducks wouldn't eat these things. If you want a good cheese biscuit, try making Paula's Garlic Cheese Biscuits, now THERE'S a biscuit worth making!!

This is the best biscuits recipie I have ever tried!!!!! I mean, they're chewy, and a little flaky!
Good things DO come in small packages! And theyre not gritty at all. The best!!!!!! Youve just gotta try them! They are also so easy to make! The only thing I would say is less cheese because they are very cheesy. But I made them without the green onions so maybe the flavors are diffrent. But they are AWESOME!!!

Her show is mild compared to the other Italian couple that the wife throws salt over her shoulder and hits her husband the face with it. On one show she is the tub and a male neighbor is in there also talking to her while she is bathing in the bath tub. Needless to say, I don't watch many of the shows any more. But I do go to this site and read the recipes. This one I liked.

These are great!!! I have never used the butter or filling, but I have tried different cheese and herbs in the batter. Whatever is in our mouth is the favorite.
