Absolutely delicious - I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe (I used the procuitto. This will be a go-to recipe for family dinners and special occasions!

Really disappointing....I was really looking forward to tasting these biscuits. The texture was not pleasing, biscuits were very dry and too salty. This was definitely a let down.

I made 2 batches of these for a brunch at my house. I made half with the smoked salmon and half with the proscuitto. The guests equally loved them. I love the crunchiness of the cornmeal. Definitely a hit for a brunch. The parmesan is salty so don't add too much salt! Highly recommend. Also, a friend asked me for the recipe that same day.

I COULD EAT THE WHOLE PAN!!! i made these 'just for fun' today. my thought would be to use the biscuits for a dinner party, not even making little sandwiches out of them (not sure how it's even possible as they are pretty crumbly with the cornmeal in them...maybe they are firmer as they cool -- i could not wait that long!. they are OUTSTANDING!!!! sooooooo much flavor. two down and 12 more to go. :

These turned out very good. My husband suggested adding some chopped bacon to the biscuit. I agree with the previous review. Especially if you use the fine grated Parmesan you need pay attention to the weight. Otherwise it would be to much and dry out your biscuit. I did like adding the cornmeal. Made it just a little bit different.

Make the sandwiches, cover, and refrigerate until the butter is very cold. Pay attention to the weight of cheese in the recipe and not the cup amount!

The flavors are fabulous but the grittiness ruined it for my husband and me.

me and my mom made these to serve along with dinner on the night that we saw this episode, it tasted very delicious, i also made a pizza out of this, except i substitued the cornmeal for flour so i replaced the flour for the cornmeal and put the extra amount of flour, it tasted really good, my family said it was something new and that it didnt taste half bad, i would definately reccomend this recipe, especially if you are throwing a elegant party and you want to bring something really good but you dont know what to make and you can also bring it to a housewarming party. i would definately say this is a treat FULL of golden deliciousness.

I place my biscuit on the bottom of the bowl surrounded by chili and covered with sour cream and cilantro ... actually I like fresh marjoram better for this serving style.

Very yummy! I wanted 2 bite finger sandwiches so I scooped the dough with a one inch cookie scoop and cooked 12 minutes at 400 rotating cookie pans once. I also only used 4 ounces of smoked salmon since they weren't full sandwiches. Taste great! Especially the lemon butter
