I made this dish for my picky daughter and she just loved it. I will definitely keep this recipe in my box.

We have been searching for new recipes for tofu and this one is excellent! I didn't have any mint, so I just used the garlic and lemon and it was delicious! The extra sauce over some brown rice was so good! From now on I will always use my cast iron skillet when making tofu, it gets so crispy and good!

Loved it! Wasn't sure at first but it was excellent I wouldn't change a thing except maybe using a pinch more olive oil.

I didn't enjoy the texture of the tofu in this preparation. I haven't added salt to the mix and that is possibly the reason I found lack of flavor in the marinade.

Excellent! I'm always trying to find a tasty tofu dish other than your standard stir-fry recipes. Next time I make this, I think I'll make just a little bit more of the marinade/topping. I used my panini grill pan which was perfect for pressing the tofu (I never thought to use it for tofu before!

This is a great recipe for vegetarians like me. I don't like the texture of tofu and usually deep fry it. Pressing the tofu seems like a great, much healthier alternative. I already tried it with a couple of other recipes and works great.

I really liked the flavour of this garnish - it was very fresh and pleasant. However, the tofu is quite bland without it so I made and extra batch of marinade just to spread over the tofu. Also the tofu is really dry so would be better served as a side with something more saucy or a soup.

We had company over for dinner and I wanted to try something new. This was my first time cooking with any kind of zest and a brick. It was fun and very tastey! Make sure you press the marinade out of the tofu for a crispy texture. I now have a recipe for my vegetarian friends.
