Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
Slice potatoes into strips that are about 1/2-inch wide. On a baking sheet spread out potatoes. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake potatoes in oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
