Easy recipe, kid approved. Used pizza sauce and made a more traditional pizza with roasted vegetables, cheese and cooked chicken. Worked very well. I've made it twice this week.

Had this for lunch and it was very good. Definately season the ricotta well. Mine needed more salt but overall a really easy and satisfying recipe.

Excellent choice it's simple and easy to make its also low fat, high fiber great for any time of the day love the fact of per serving is at the bottom.
