I've made this recipe several times. My family and I love, love, love it! I wonder if the people giving it bad reviews aren't following the recipe?? I think everyone should give it a try... it's the only mac and cheese I make now!

Easy, creamy goodness. I'm making it twice which I hardly ever do with new recipes. I also gave it to a friend. Try it! The only thing it lacks is the crispiness of mac n cheese baked in the oven, but there are instructions for the oven; I just haven't tried it.

Awesome recipe for authentic southern mac and cheese. Love that you use a slow cooker. Reminds me of the mac and cheese I grew up on. It's my new favorite!

This version of mac and cheese was delicious after 1.5 hours of cooking. After 3 hours the cheese had curdled, and the creamy consistency and flavor were gone. I will make this again but pull it from the slow cooker early, place in an oven proof serving dish. If necessary I'll be able to warm it up prior to serving.

I was scared to make mac and cheese in the crockpot but wow!! This turned out fabulous. I was worried it would be soupy or something but nope, it was perfect! Wonderful cheesy taste and best of all so easy to toss together. My kids and husband all told me to ditch my standby recipe and keep this one. So I will!

I thought I made a pretty good baked macaroni and cheese until I made this one. IT IS DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! We love it! The taste and texture are to die for! VERY EASY!

This is the first time I tried making mac and cheese from scratch and in the crock pot. My grandkids were pretty excited about this recipe and they even helped me prepare this recipe. The end result was a cottage cheese textured, compact, custardly noodle dish with no flavor. It was a curdled mess like one of your other reviewers stated. This recipe was a waste of our time and expensive ingredients. We had to throw out the whole thing....because no one would eat it. We were really dissapointed!

I just made this today after having seen her make it on her show about a month ago. I am eating it now and it is yummmmmy . I definitely will make this again. I can not wait to try her home made chicken pot pies too .

I stopped at 1.5 hours and stirred in another 8 oz of pasta because it was too runny for my taste. I made in advance of a business trip and stored in 2 vacuum sealed bags. Froze one and Dad was able to microwave the other while I was gone. Super easy and the kids liked it.

I always make my own mac and cheese, but this seemed convenient in the crock pot so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a curdled MESS. And I can't blame it on bagged, pre-shredded cheese since I grated my own cheddar. A waste of time and ingredients. Inedible. What a disappointment.
