This is a great recipe and I make it often. I add raisins or craisins after baking. A favorite way to serve this is to put a container of low-fat yogurt in the freezer for 2 hours, then serve the granola on top of the icy yogurt with some cut-up fresh fruit. My teenage boys love it.

This granola was somewhat bland and lost some of its crunch when mixed with milk.

The crunchy granola is a permanent favorite of mine. I have passed it on to all my friends and they agree with me. I keep it in the freezer in a baggie which makes it even crunchier when eaten. I also add chopped up candied ginger which really gives it a zing.
