    This dish is so good and exotic. I did end up adding a few dashes extra of curry powder and I used all of the coconut milk. I also added some sweetened coconut flakes which gave more depth and flavor to the dish. I really recommend this because as I was tasting while cooking, it was a little bland...but when I made it this way, it was soooo good! One of my new favorites!

    Excellent recipe, Very aromatic. Our kids love this recipe. We increase the vegetables as well. Many variations can be created. You can actually use chicken as well.
