We love these burgers! My hubby saw the episode and wrote down the ingredients so I could make it. He didn't know which episode it was or the name of the restaurant, so I couldn't look it up, so I just guessed. Now that I've found the real recipe, I see that I was pretty close. We've made them for company and everyone loves them. The only thing I do differently is use ground turkey, as it is easy to find, but ground chicken isn't (don't want to grind my own.

My family loves these with a few minor tweaks. We buy ground chicken instead of grinding the thighs ourselves and substitute curry with cumin to give the burgers a southwestern flavor. Simple and delicious.
