I've made this dish several times. My guests were impressed witht the taste. I find it easy to make. One departure from the recipe I've tried is to lightly coat chicken pieces in flour and frying them in oil until lightly browned before placing in the casserole.

The curry/lemon overwhelmed the chicken instead of complimenting it. Although it was easy to prepare, the final presentation was not palpable. The chicken pieces' texture was bloated. I won't be making this one again.

The recipe was very easy to follow and quick to make. I think one can of cream of mushroom will do for the recipe because I actually used 3/4 of the sauce and that was too much. Too much sauce makes the dish too heavy and thick.

This is a quick and tasty meal. The mayo and mushroom, gives the sauce a cheesy taste. My family loved it.

I usually don't like curry dishes but this one is really, really good! I've found that you only need 1 can of soup (2 makes it way too gloppy! and I don't worry about layering the ingredients. I mix together the broccoli, chicken and the sauce and then pour it into the baking dish. Much easier and the outcome is the same. Great the next day too!
