I love this shortcut recipe to make hollandaise sauce! I used my Magic Bullet with the whipping blade since it's just my husband and me. We found we only need half a stick of butter and within a few minutes the sauce was thick and heavenly. Restaurant quality for sure!

Very simple. It definitely needed more lemon juice. Simple adjustment to my preferred taste. Taste's just like the long prep version.

Perfectly easy! I wanted more tang so I added all the juice from half a lemon.

This was a very easy and impressive hollandaise sauce. I added a little bit of tabasco for some kick. Keep this recipe!!!

This looked foolproof and simple. The technique is simple but the sauce required a blender that could be started slowly and then speed increased when sauce became thicker. My blender just spattered it all over even though I left lid on and poured butter through hole in center. The sauce also required the addition of 2 more teaspoons of lemon juice to taste like a real hollandaise.
