Ingredients
- 2 cups canned chickpeas
- 2/3 cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
Directions
In a food processor, puree the chickpeas until smooth, adding water if necessary. In a bowl, stir in the tahini and salt. Stir in the lemon juice and the garlic cloves

I used 1 lemon and used some EVOO. I would use less garlic next time. It was very good anyways. Thank you.

Really good, simple recipe! I love garlic so I added another clove, but it is still very tasty!
