This was so easy to make! I got the portobellos for a vegetarian alternative at a barbeque/party, and with this marinade, the burger lovers wanted them, too! I didn't even get to try them myself, they were so popular. Rave reviews by meat and potato guys there.

This recipe is very easy to follow and the results are delicious. I couldn't believe how tasty the mushrooms were and how good they looked. They are great as appetizers. I will definitely use this recipe again.

An excellent sidedish for steak. The flavors blend together very well. Easy to do. Ingredients usually on hand.

This recipe was so easy and quick. I served it to all my girlfriends-they loved it. I added a tablespoon of country dijon mustard. Be careful not to set the flame too high, it will burn the bottoms. ENJOY!
