Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups basil leaves
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups collard greens
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 ounces parsley
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup grated Italian cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a food processor, chop first four ingredients. To this mixture, add olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix and serve.

I followed a recipe that was on epicurious and is much more flavorful. Collards should be cooked a little before processing, but the recipe I used also adds green olives to the mix for flavor. With the strength of the flavor in collards I found the olives to be a nice contrast.
