Ingredients
- 1 head frisee
- 1 head Boston lettuce
- 1 red onion, sliced
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Garnish:
- Orange slices
- Edible flowers
Directions
Wash and dry lettuces well. Mix all dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
Garnish with orange slices and edible flowers. Yield: 4 servings
