Really easy recipe that can be fixed quickly. Easy to make your own also. I use italian seasoned canned diced tomatoes and add marinated artichoke hearts at the end.

This recipe gets a pretty high mark from me because of it's simplicity. I never had high expectations for the taste because, reading the ingredients, I knew exactly what it would taste like. Knowing that, I reduced the sugar in half. I love okra but my husband doesn't so I knew I needed to keep the sugar in. He liked it!

This recipe was insanely sweet,, i would leave out the sugar all together, the tomatoes were sweet enough... make sure you continue to cook the okra for longer than listed so it will not become slimey
