Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground sumac
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup prepared mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with grilled vegetables.

I searched this site under "sumac" since I had just purchased some from Penzeys Spices and found this recipe. Yum! I used Veganaise for this, and dipped sweet potato fries into it. Delicious.
