Da Kine Diego's Shaka Salsa
- 4 to 6 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon seeded and minced jalapeno
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
In a large bowl, fold the ingredients gently together until they are mixed. Let stand for 30 minutes and then serve.
