I have made this a few times now and everyone who tries it, loves it!..Especially the vinegar! In regards to the negative people, not everyone lives in America needs you to tell them how to raise a healthy intelligent well round child get a grip and learn about other cultures. If you don't like it, simply change YOUR channels and watch something else and leave this wonderful and amazing cook for the rest of us to watch in peace...Go Daisy!!!

I love making these! Moist and easy. I would also like to know how long you can keep the spicy vinegar. I know the last one i kept was a good 6 months. This is now the only way i make pork chops!

Wonderful to finally observe TV cooks who treat pork chops like beef steaks ...Coated on grill or stove burner for textures THEN placed in the oven for remaining cooking. Tender and flavors ... WOW! The alarm expressed by a few commentators (re...showing family dining pictures of minors drinking wine is genuine At the same time...FoodTV treated this Mexican cook badly when they did not broadcast the Smoke Shrimp portion of a past show. I agree with the observations BUT am committed to educating MY kids and grandkids in my FAMILY CULTURE. I was not concerned at all about seeing family events incorporate children. Regardless of FoodTV screw-ups...I believe this gal is a teriffic cook-teacher.

I haven't tired the meal, but I can believe that I just saw her serve wine to her children and on national tv. Serving alcohol to minors in your home is not okay.

This recipe was very delicious! I learned how to make the breaded pork chops when I was growing up but my family never did the vinagre. The vinagre was tangy and added that something special to the chops. When I think back to my visits to Puerto Rico I remember seeing vinagre in jars at restaurants and it looked like a science experiment- now I know what I was missing. Thanks Daisy:
