Ingredients
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon bacon grease
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
